(collectively, the “Fletcher Quill Entities”), collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses personal information when you access or use our website located at fletcherquillgroup.com (the “Site”), and any related applications, platforms, or services, including the Ink Scratch software-as-a-service application and the Optimize Living community and property services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable Washington State law, including the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMD) where applicable, Washington consumer protection principles, and applicable federal privacy laws.

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, customers, subscribers, tenants, members, and other individuals who access or use the Site or Services (collectively, “Users”). It applies regardless of whether you are accessing the Site as a consumer, business customer, contractor, or representative of an entity.

B. Information Collected About Minors

Certain Services, including educational versions of the Ink Scratch application, may be offered for use by minors.

  • Parental or Guardian Consent Required: We collect personal information relating to minors only when a parent or legal guardian purchases a family or educational subscription.
  • Verifiable Consent: Completion of the purchase constitutes verifiable parental consent under applicable law.
  • Limited Use: Information relating to minors is used strictly for providing educational Services and maintaining account integrity.
  • Identity Verification: Stripe’s identity and fraud-prevention tools are used to validate the purchasing adult.

Operational data processing occurs primarily in Washington State, while certain affiliated entities are located in Wyoming. We use reputable cloud service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect data during storage and transfer.
